Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is an escape room?
An escape room is a live, interactive puzzle game that involves a group of people to be locked in a room for a particular amount of time (typically one hour). The teams are required to work together by solving puzzles in order to find the key that will set them free.
  • What is your escape room about?
Mister Pierson believes he has built the “Greatest Puzzle Ever” for his little darling Abigail, but things spiral out of control when the police get involved! Is everything as it seems? It’s up to you and your team to discover clues within the room in order to prove the parents’ innocence, or perhaps their guilt. Check out the booking page for Abigail’s Playroom for more information.
  • Is your room scary?
Although there are some nifty surprises that emerge as you solve our puzzles, we wouldn’t classify the experience as a scary one. However, be prepared to think fast and under pressure as you race against the clock to solve the mystery! Remember you only have one hour!
  • What if I want to leave before the hour is up?
We provide an emergency key inside the room, so you can leave the room at any time. Keep in mind however, if you use this emergency key to unlock the door for any reason, your timer stops and the entire team is disqualified!
  • What is the maximum number of people I can have in my party?
Depending on the room you choose, we recommend the following maximum for each group in order to accomodate the best experience:
    • Abigail's Playroom - 8 max.
    • The Estate - TBA
If you have more than 8 who are interested, you have the option to book separate sessions, or book another room within the same period of time. Keep in mind there is a half-hour period between different rooms. You can however submit a special request for a shortened period by contacting our support department.
  • What is the minimum number of people I can have in my party?
There is no minimum party size to complete, however keep in mind that you may be paired up with other escapees up to 8 to fully book the room. However, if you decide to complete the room on your own, you have the option to schedule a private booking. Please see the next bullet for more information.
  • What if I don’t want to work with people I don’t know?
Once you have selected your desired session from the booking calendar, check the Private Booking option in order to make your session private. The way this works is you purchase the remaining spots for $10 each, so for a group of 4, there would be an additional $40 added to your total. For a group of 3, an additional $50 to make it private, and so on.

Keep in mind this option is only available for sessions that are currently empty (sessions that already contain a group cannot be made private).
  • Can people of all ages participate?
Yes, our escape room is a great experience for all ages! However, we ask that all minors (12 and below) are accompanied with at least 1 adult that is at least 18 years of age. Proper identification is required for all adult participants.
  • Is there a time limit?
You must escape the room within one hour. If you don’t escape the room within the time limit, you can come back and solve it next time! We offer a discounted price if the same group chooses to make a second attempt at successfully escaping the room.
  • How much does this cost?
    $26.50 / person … Monday – Thursday
    $29.50 / person … Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in?
We only accept online bookings, please check the booking page for availability.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    2:30pm – 11:30pm … Wednesday, Thursday
    10:30am – 11:30pm … Friday, Saturday & Sunday

*Friday and Saturday bookings have 2 extra slots, check calendar for availability.
*We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
  • Can I use my phone/camera/any other electronic device in the room?
Taking pictures, videos, or audio recordings is strictly prohibited while you are in the escape room. Doing so will result in the disqualification of the entire team, and everybody will be asked to leave. This is done in order to ensure that all future escapees have an equally rewarding experience without being exposed to any spoilers.
  • Can I bring food/drinks to the room?
Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the escape room. If you come in with food or drinks, we will ask for you to leave them in the lobby area until you have completed your session.
